Under a Design & Build contract we can undertake duties on behalf of the employer e.g. drafting the employer’s requirements , preparing contract documentation and post-contract administration.


Contract Administrator

We can administer and certify according to the terms of the building contract. This allows designers to concentrate on design, while we deal with the contractual and financial aspects of your project.


Independent Certifier

As the independent certifying officer, we act impartially between the parties to a development agreement, certifying in accordance with the terms of that agreement.
